Thorstenson-Jaeger Hotel

This project aimed to turn the boiler house of the historic Grain Belt brewery building into a boutique hotel. We had to follow the guidelines for historical preservation and not impose on the existing structure, which RSP Architects occupy. My design partner and I wanted to emphasize the view of the city, so we focused on the atrium and rooftop patio.
